It works fine overall, but my chunky cat just barely fits inside. I’m wondering if other people with bigger cats are having the same issue, because it feels a little too snug for him.

I ended up having to return one unit because it just didn’t fit the spot I had in mind, which I probably should’ve measured better beforehand. I assumed the return would be a hassle, but the steps were straightforward and my refund came through without me having to keep following up. Later on, my other Litter-Robot had a small warranty issue, and support sent the replacement part really quickly. Based on how both situations went, I feel a lot better about spending this much on it.

These actually stopped the pee from leaking out, and it’s been such a relief. If you’re dealing with the same thing, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.

The box showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept having to explain to people that I wasn’t missing it or confused, the information just wasn’t changing. It got frustrating repeating the same thing over and over when all I wanted was a clear idea of where my package was.

I just set this up recently, so my first impression is that it looks really clean and modern, and I love that it hides the litter box mess so much better than what I had before. That said, it’s definitely bigger than I expected. In my small laundry room, it feels a little awkward and doesn’t tuck in as easily as I hoped. Overall, I still like it, but after dealing with the setup and placement just now, I really wish the shape was a bit easier to fit into tighter spaces.

It does what it’s supposed to for the most part, but I can’t fully relax when my cat is near the moving parts. The sensors seem decent, and most of the time everything looks fine, but something about it just makes me feel like I need to keep an eye on it. Maybe I’m being overly cautious, but my instinct says it’s not quite perfect safety-wise. I still check it a lot, so I’d give it 3 stars.

I’ve usually stuck with my go-to brand, so I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about trying this one. though, the setup was easy enough and didn’t give me any real trouble. I’m still a little biased toward what I know, but this made a good first impression

I used it with my usual clumping litter and didn’t run into any problems. i don’t have the patience for products that make me switch everything up, so I’m glad this just worked.

The Litter Robot itself works fine and does what it’s supposed to, but the app is kind of annoying. It disconnects way too often, and sometimes the notifications come in late, which sort of defeats the purpose. I’ve also gotten tired of the canned apologies from support, I don’t really need another “sorry for the inconvenience,” I just want the app to work consistently.

To be fair, no litter box is going to stop tracking completely, but this one has been a huge improvement over my old one. I’m finding way less litter on the floor now, which makes cleanup a lot easier

I remember it helping more at first, and for the most part it does cut down on the smell. But every now and then the odor still sneaks out, which is hard to forget. It’s not useless, just not a total fix

This definitely wasn’t cheap, so I waited a while before finally buying it. But after using it for a few months, I can say it’s been worth the money for us. There’s way less scooping, and the litter literally lasts longer than it used to. It’s also saved me from buying those random cheaper boxes that end up breaking or smelling. Big upfront cost, but over time it feels like a good value.

I’ve been kind of surprised by how much longer the litter lasts since getting the Litter-Robot. It just drops the clumps and doesn’t toss out a bunch of extra clean litter like I used to do when I was scooping by hand. I’m not topping it off nearly as much, so that’s been one of those nice little things I didn’t really expect. Saves some money too, and I’m dealing with those heavy litter bags way less.

Overall, I do like the Litter-Robot, and the health tracking is a nice feature to have. It shows me when my cats use it, and the weight estimates can be helpful, but with two cats that are close in size, it definitely gets mixed up sometimes??
The app has told me one cat used it when I’m almost positive it was the other, so I don’t fully trust it for anything serious health-wise. It’s still better than just guessing, but I’d say it’s more of a helpful clue than something I’d rely on without double-checking myself...

I’ve had mine for a few months now… or maybe a little longer, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, the cleaning cycle has been really reliable. It kicks on after the cats use it and hasn’t gotten stuck or skipped like I worried it might. I used to check on it constantly during the day, but now I pretty much don’t think about it, which is easily the best part.

The Litter Robot does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain about that part. But the noise is a little annoying, especially at night. It’s not insanely loud or anything, but I can hear it cycling from the next room, and my cat has jumped away from it a few times. During the day it’s fine, but for the price, I expected it to be quieter. Whoever runs this really needs to work on the noise level...

I do like the Litter-Robot overall, especially on the days it’s working like it should. Compared to scooping a regular litter box every day, it’s just… well, you get it.

The frustrating part was dealing with support when I had a sensor issue. It took a few days to get an actual helpful response, and a lot of the replies felt copied and pasted. I also had to repeat the same details more than once, which got old fast.
They did eventually help me get it sorted out, so I’ll give them that. But for something this expensive, I expected the support side to be a lot smoother.

I was worried my two cats were going to hate it or be scared of it, but like I said, they both started using it literally the first day. One of my cats is super picky too, so that was a huge relief. I left their old box sitting next to it for a little while just in case, but like I said, they pretty much ignored it. I’m really happy with how easy the whole switch ended up being

It works okay most of the time, but after an outage it doesn’t always recover properly, which gets frustrating. I also got tired of the aggressive reminders popping up like I hadn’t already noticed something was wrong. Not terrible, but definitely annoying when things reset and you have to deal with all that.

My cat somehow managed to mess up the pinch sensor and a couple little pieces, so I was worried I’d be stuck buying a whole new unit. Luckily, I found the parts on litter-robot.com easily and got exactly what I needed.

Shipping was about what I expected, everything fit fine, and it saved me a bunch of money. I really appreciate that they sell replacement parts, because if they didn’t, I’d seriously consider switching to another brand instead of replacing the whole thing.
